Atomic Habits by James Clear. A book about making small – unnoticeable day to day changes that will be far more meaningful in the long run. Little decisions and choices made over and over will start to add up and create results.
I really enjoyed reading this book. Trusting the process. Learning that it’s about repetition, not perfection. Taught me ways to stick with small habits.
It helped me understand how important small changes in my daily life and routine really can be.
